Linda Manoukian

Registered Psychologist

Linda is a Registered Psychologist and takes a special interest in helping people create meaning and purpose in their lives. 

Linda’s experience in psychology not spans across a number of settings but also has experience treating patients from various ages, backgrounds and walks of life. In the NGO and Public sectors, Linda has treated patients of Westmead Depression Clinic, Brookvale Community Mental Health Services, the University of New South Wales Child Behaviour Clinic and WayAhead (former Mental Health Association NSW).

Linda uses evidence-based treatments and draws from modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Practice, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Psychotherapy and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).

Linda’s approach can be described as warm, supportive, and empowering. Linda recognises that each patient is a complex individual with their own capacity to heal and overcome life’s challenges. Linda is committed to upholding the highest standards in ethical practice and enjoys tailoring practical strategies from evidence-based treatment modalities to help meet her patient’s specific needs and maximise their therapeutic experience.
